This Policy explains what Kelly Sweeps collects, why we collect it, how email communication works, and the choices available to you. Registration records the versions of the Terms and Privacy Policy you acknowledged.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name and email, verification status, order requests, payment references and proof, support messages, consent and preference history, and technical information needed to protect and operate the service. Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes.
How we use information
- Provide accounts, verification, order history, payments, receipts, and customer support.
- Send transactional security, account, order, payment, and support notices.
- Send optional marketing only when the account has an active eligible preference.
- Protect the platform from fraud, abuse, duplicate evidence, and unauthorized access.
- Improve performance, understand aggregate usage, and meet legal obligations.
Email communications and choices
Transactional emails are necessary to operate your account and are not marketing. Promotional, VIP, and offer emails are marketing. Marketing is off unless you affirmatively select it or later enable it in Account Settings. We store the time, policy version, and source of your choice. Existing accounts are never silently opted in.
You may unsubscribe from marketing in Account Settings or from the link in a marketing email. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop security, verification, order, payment, receipt, or support emails. Addresses that hard-bounce, complain, or are otherwise suppressed are excluded from managed sends.
Security and retention
Access is role-restricted, administrative actions are logged, and verification tokens are random, short-lived, single-use values whose hashes—not the usable tokens—are stored. Consent history is retained as audit evidence. Other information is retained only as long as needed for service, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may use vetted providers for hosting, databases, media storage, email delivery, payment processing, and operational support under appropriate obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable by contacting privacy@kellysweeps.com. Certain transaction, consent, fraud-prevention, and audit records may be retained when required by law or legitimate security needs.
Cookies
Essential cookies maintain secure sessions, OAuth state, and request protection. They are necessary for signed-in features and are not used for third-party advertising.
