These Terms govern your use of Kelly Sweeps. By selecting the Terms acknowledgement and creating an account, you agree to this version of the Terms, to use the platform lawfully, and to provide accurate information. We record the policy version, time, source, and limited technical evidence of that choice.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter agreements in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and activity under your account. Email verification may be required for account features, communications, and recovery.
Purchase requests
A submitted request is not a completed sale. Availability, pricing, eligibility, payment verification, and fulfillment details are confirmed before an order becomes final. We may decline, hold, or cancel requests affected by inventory errors, misuse, fraud risk, provider restrictions, or legal requirements.
Promotions and rewards
Promotional codes may have eligibility rules, exclusions, limits, and expiration dates. VIP benefits can change as the program evolves. Material conditions are presented with the relevant offer.
Email communications
Security, account, order, payment, and support messages are transactional service communications. Optional promotional and VIP messages are marketing communications and are controlled separately. You may withdraw marketing consent in Account Settings or through an unsubscribe link without disabling required service emails.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with platform security, access another person’s account, scrape protected data, automate abusive requests, evade location or eligibility controls, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Kelly Sweeps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from platform use.
